At the heart of our work is Alistair Wood, LVO, MBE, FRGS—an internationally recognised leader with over 30 years of experience in strategic advisory roles for governments, NGOs, and multinational organisations. Alistair’s career includes senior intelligence and security positions in the UK, Afghanistan, Sierra Leone, and the Central African Republic, as well as leadership roles in the charity sector, where he successfully scaled operations and secured international funding. His advisory expertise is complemented by a robust network across the UK, Europe, Africa, and Asia, built through years of diplomatic service and board-level leadership.
